Hello Ancient City Writers,

Below is information regarding our happenings in February and March:

FEBRUARY

MARCH 21 at 10:15am

Rik Feeney

We are back in March with a double program (to make up for February), and are pleased to have with us Rik Feeney. Please see details of his program below. There will be a break between programs. Refreshments will be served.

Developing Author Web Sites -

Writing a book is a phenomenal achievement, but that’s only ten percent of the process on your road to success as an author, critically or financially. Your true success will come from the effort you put into marketing your book. An author web site is a good complement to other marketing, but how do you choose the right domain name? How can you attract the media to your site? How do you build the site if you are a novice? How much does it cost? How effective are web sites? Is there an easier way? Learn the answer to these questions and many more during this session.

The Right Way to Publish? –

Are you working on a manuscript for publication? Do you have a book ready for publication now? Are you looking for an alternate, perhaps more lucrative method of publishing for your next book? What are the benefits and potential drawbacks of traditional publishing, print-on-demand, and self-publishing? In this presentation, author, book coach, and speaker, Rik Feeney will discuss the different methods of publication available so you will have the information necessary to determine which method is best for you.

Rik Feeney is the author of the “Back Handsprings: The Secret Techniques” and several books on the sport of gymnastics as well as the new “Cheerleading: Conditioning for Back Handspring & Tumbling Success!” available online at: www.GymnasticsTrainingTips.com. Rik is also a Self-Publishing Coach, consulting with authors to write, publish and promote books, and develop web sites. He has done several talks at writing events throughout Florida and is finishing his new book, “Writing for Fun, Fame, & Fortune." Email Rik at coachrik@aol.com or visit www.RichardsonPublishing.com.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in March.
